BUILDING 14, PHASE III
Scope of Work: General Contractor for rehabilitation of 26000 s.f. including demolition and replacement of entire mechanical and electrical systems. The project included hazardous material abatement, new roof penetrations, new structural supports for larger air handling units, new steam and chilled water systems, new electrical and lighting systems and new fire suppression system. Interior finishes included new ceiling system, painting and epoxy flooring.

 

 


CLEVELAND HOPKINS AIRPORT
GLYCOL COLLECTIONS SYSTEMS - PHASE 1A
Scope of Work: Construction of an influent control structure, influent pump wet well, pump control building foundation & building only, paved runway drainage control, and runway and apron repair.

 

     

CITY OF ELYRIA
SOUTH PARK RECREATION CENTER
Scope of Work: Complete turnkey construction of a 16,000 s.f. recreation center including site work, concrete foundations, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, aluminum storefronts, roofing, interior finish work, and paving. Work completed on time and within budget.

 

      

LORAIN COUNTY METRO PARKS
CARLISLE RESERVATION CENTRAL MAINTENANCE FACILITY
Scope of Work: General Contractor responsible for site development and building construction of an 18,000 s.f. maintenance facility including finishes and landscaping. Also managed

and coordinated other prime contractors including electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Project was completed on time and within budget.

 

     

CITY OF SEVEN HILLS SEVEN HILLS
FIRE STATION NO. 1
Scope of Work: Construction of 10,000 s.f. fire station in two phases. First, a 6,000 s.f. masonry addition was adjoined to the existing building. When it was functional, the original 4,000 s.f. building was selectively demolished and rebuilt as an integral portion of the phase one addition. In this manner, the project was completed without interrupting the operation of the only active fire station in Seven Hills.

 

MACDOWELL WAREHOUSE, NORTH ROYALTON, OH
Scope of Work: A 9200 s.f. pre-engineered warehouse with 14000 s.f. of concrete parking lot, drives and walks. This project included all site work consisting of utilities, storm retention system and landscaping.

 

MANOIR ELECTROALLOYS, ELYRIA, OH
MACHINE SHOP ADDITION (20000 s.f.) & TWO
MACHINERY FOUNDATIONS
Scope of Work: Construction of a 20000 s.f. clear-span machine shop addition to existing foundry with two foundations for 22 meter horizontal boring mills, and a 3200 s.f. centrifugal mold storage building with storage racks and a 5-ton crane. Both additions were completed simultaneously. The project included site grading, storm drainage system, and pre-engineered steel buildings designed and constructed to suit the customer's needs. Also, a foundry improvement which covered approximately 16000 s.f. for a flaskless mold line. This work consisted of the demolition and removal of existing floor and foundations; the addition of a two-story penthouse to accommodate a new silo system; and a new foundation and floor system including a shaker table pit and excess removal tunnel, embedded rails, a vibratory conveyor ramp and silo foundation. This project required heavily reinforced concrete structures with structural steel embedments.

Scope of Work: Reconstruction and restoration of 1902 Building facade to its original appearance after being damaged by a fire truck.

Scope of Work: Complete building rehabilitation including demolition and replacement of entire mechanical and electrical systems. The project included hazardous material abatement, new roof penetrations, new structural supports for larger air handling units, new steam and chilled water systems, new electrical and lighting systems and new fire suppression system. Interior finishes included new ceiling system, painting and carpeting. The project was completed in two phases to eliminate the disruption of daily operation.

Scope of Work: Installation of two chemical feed systems (Phosphate and Flouride) during improvement efforts.

BUILDING 5 - HIGH PRESSURE STEAM PIPE
Scope of Work: Rehabilitation of the high pressure steam supply system including hazardous material abatement, new expansion joints and valves, installation of redesigned support system, and new insulation. Project completed ahead of schedule.

NASA - PLUMBROOK FACILITY, SANDUSKY, OH
CONCRETE BASEMENT FLOOR & PLAZA DECK REPAIR
Scope of Work: Removed expanded shale in building basement to depths of 54 inches. Replaced with LSM-100 and new concrete floor. Removed plaza deck wearing course and rebuilt to owners specifications including new drainage system.

RVM INDUSTRIES
FOUNDATION FOR STRETCHER LEVELER CUT TO LENGTH LINE
Scope of Work: Foundation for a 600 ton stretcher leveler cut to length line (150 l.f.) consisting of 690 cy of concrete, 30 tons of rebar, 150 bolts (ranging from 1" x 18" to 2" x 6'), eleven elevation changes, and fabricated steel embedments.

 

     

LORAIN METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY
ALBRIGHT TERRACE AND PARKING DECK
Scope of Work: General Contractor for the construction of a 12000 s.f. parking deck. The project included grubbing, clearing and rough grading; placement of 48 caissons (48" and 54" in diameter) approximately 32 ft. deep; grade beam with structural bearing wall; cast-in-place concrete support piers with anchor rods; precast structural support beams and hollow-core planking; 4" thick reinforced and bonded overlay; cast-in-place concrete columns for fence and guard rail system; new storm drainage system; new asphalt paving for parking lots approaching both ends of deck; and new concrete curbs and walks.

 


VACTOR DUMP FACILITY CITY OF ELYRIA
Scope of Work: Construction of a structural concrete dump facility at the waste water treatment plant.

 


EMERALD CORPORATE PARK
Scope of Work: Installation of CEI electrical utility service system including 4200 l.f. of trenching and installation of 4" diameter conduit and 5 vaults. Construction of transformer and switchgear foundation system including 1200 l.f. of 4" conduit duct banks.

Installation of 4200 l.f. power conduit system for CPP including light pole bases and pull boxes.

Scope of Work: Disassembled, moved and reconstructed physical therapy suite.

 


CLEVELAND JUVENILE COURT FACILITY
